Our experienced customer service team sets us apart from most insurance agencies.  We understand the needs and challenges that churches and related ministries face, and we’re driven to find solutions that are tailored to each ministry we serve.

Ongoing Education

When you work with American Church Group of North Carolina, you have access to a team of trained professionals who provide customer service that is prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.  We do this by:

  • Developing customer service leaders who have many years of experience in serving the needs of ministries.
  • Encouraging all customer service staff to earn insurance industry designations.
  • Participating in regular in-house training meetings.
